The Brock Press Canada

Brock Press is a newspaper in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada covering university news, education, sports, and campus events. The Brock Press is the independent, weekly newspaper at Brock University. The Brock Press started out with a single page issue in September of 1964, the same month and year Brock University officially opened. Originally a part of the Brock University Students’ Union, the newspaper became a fully incorporated not-for-profit company in 2009. Though written and produced for students by students, The Brock Press is much more than a student newspaper. By establishing and maintaining relationships with many of the businesses and community organizations of the Niagara Region The Brock Press has established itself as a trusted and accessible community newspaper that focuses not only on the school it serves, but also the community it resides in.
