Founded in 1957, Sarasota Scene Magazine is Sarasota/Bradenton’s longest running and most widely distributed city publication, connecting the affluent and the aspirational socially sophisticated through engaging and inspiring editorial that is inviting and highly relevant.

Sarasota Scene is an essential read for the prominent within our area, covering the diverse interests of an ever-changing community involved in arts and culture, philanthropy, health and wellness, education, events, design and beauty.

Many of the people featured in Sarasota Scene enrich our community through their ongoing support of the many diverse venues and charitable organizations that make our community a better place to live. Sarasota Scene is also proud to support many of these charitable organizations, donating more than $250,000 annually in advertising space to more than 20 nonprofits each year.

Sarasota Scene is also firmly ensconced in the arts and culture of our area through the sponsorship of noteworthy events for the Sarasota Opera, Asolo Rep, Sarasota Orchestra, Sarasota Ballet, Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall, The Ringling, Circus Sarasota, The Players Performing Arts Center, Manatee Performing Arts Center, Venice Theatre and more.
