89.7 FM Radio Festival

It began its activities in February 1971, on the frequency 1300 Khz. AM with programming for all tastes: musical, sports, informative and radio soap operas, dedicated to the middle level of the area and the country, achieving great impact on the audience, interested the industry and commerce that immediately began to advertise their products.In 1981 it opened its own premises located on San Miguel Street and 29 de Mayo Avenue with modern infrastructure where it remains to this day.In 1992, the desire to excel and technological advancement led to the installation of FM equipment on the 89.7 MHz frequency. In 1996, the installation of a repeater for the coast on the frequency 103.5 MHz was completed to serve the provinces of Los Ríos, Manabí and Guayas.Currently, Radio Festival AM 1300 Khz. broadcasts popular programming and Radio Festival FM 89.7 and 103.5 Mhz broadcasts programming for the middle stratum of the population.
