York County Community Action

We work hard every day to help York County residents gain access to education, work, warm and safe housing, and health care, so that York County can be as vital, healthy and prosperous as possible. We invite members of the community to share in our investment and join us, whether as financial donors, volunteers, members of our program or agency boards, or as staff members.

YCCAC is one of only a few organizations in the country that is both a community action agency and a federally-qualified community health center, Nasson Health Care. This allows us to integrate all of our services across departments to help people lead healthy, secure, and independent lives.

When needed, our Community Outreach Program provides a dedicated staff member to work one-on-one with an individual or family to access resources and coordinate efforts to ensure the best possible outcome.
