FinisherPix was founded in 2010 by Robbie Little (USA) and Thomas Reichhold (GER) who have been friends for over a decade and have 30+ years of combined experience in photography, events, and information technology. From the very beginning, Robbie and Thomas recognized the need for the business to have a global reach. As such, offices were established in Atlanta, Georgia, USA; Frankfurt, Germany; and Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

Since its founding FinisherPix has photographed over 4.5 million runners, triathletes, and cyclists across 3,000 events in 50+ countries. Amongst these events are some of the biggest brands in the endurance sports industry such as IRONMAN and IRONMAN 70.3, Rock’n’roll Marathon series, LA Marathon, Vienna City Marathon, Dublin Marathon, Singapore Marathon, Sea Otter Classic to only name a few. 

In October 2020 FinisherPix was acquired by Pocket Outdoor Media, the world’s leading creator of active lifestyle content, now known as Outside Inc. The acquisition of FinisherPix reaffirms Outside Inc.’s commitment to deliver outdoor enthusiasts around the globe best-in-class content, services, and experiences.
