Fleet&Mobility is the trade journal for fleet managers and mobility administrators. The corporate mobility policy of companies is no longer just about lease cars. More and more organisations offer their employees alternative transport solutions such as public transport, pool car concepts, mobility cards or start working with mobility budgets, with or without a bonus/malus system. The fleet manager becomes a mobility manager and must also delve into additional matters. Think for example of charging infrastructure for EVs and plug-in hybrids.

As the lease car is increasingly being pushed into the background by more and more organisations, employees who do not drive a company car (80 percent of the workforce) are also coming into the sights of leasing companies and other mobility providers. They are coming up with solutions focused on the business-to-employee market (b2e). Think of management systems for shared cars, private lease products, and bicycle plans.
