Paris Expo Porte de Versailles

Paris Expo Porte de Versailles is a legendary site, originally built in 1923 to host the Paris Trade Fair. Over the years, it has been regularly updated, but never to the extent of the major modernisation project underway today. With five world-renowned architects (Jean Nouvel, Christian de Portzamparc, Dominique Perrault, Jean-Michel Wilmotte and Valode & Pistre), including two Pritzker Prize winners, the 10-year project, set to be delivered in 2024, is being completed without interrupting the site’s activities.

The site will feature seven exhibition pavilions and 216,000 sqm of exhibition space, including the largest conference centre in Europe. Other attractions will include 72,000 sqm of green space, a Michelin-starred restaurant, and a trendy Mama Shelter hotel. The site will be home to Triangle, an iconic mixed-use building. Paris Expo Porte de Versailles welcomes the biggest French events every year including the Paris Trade Fair (Foire de Paris), International Boat Show (Le Nautic), International Automobile Show (Salon de l’Automobile), and International Agricultural Show (Salon de l’Agriculture).
