Founded in 1906, The New Hampshire Nurses Association has been the voice of New Hampshire nurses for over 115 years. NHNA is the professional organization of registered nurses in New Hampshire from all settings including hospital, home and community health, public health, higher education, long-term care, school health, administration or industry.
Since its founding by six forward-thinking nurses, NHNA has represented the nursing profession in New Hampshire through legislation, political action and professional development. The mission of NHNA is to promote nursing practice and the wellbeing of New Hampshire nurses and to enhance the health of the people of New Hampshire.
