The ÖGZ is the leading gastronomy and hotel trade newspaper in Austria. Our aim is to provide forward-looking specialist information for the gastronomy and hotel industry.

Wine & Spirits: In 2023, the ÖGZ will once again be devoting twelve issues to the topic of "wine and spirits". With expert content that will benefit every restaurateur in their business, we provide an overview of one of twelve key topics. These can be specific wine regions at home and abroad, varietal focuses such as Blaufränkisch or Riesling, but also spirits categories and trendy drinks.
