Umbria TV
Umbria TV is an Italian regional television network based in Perugia, Umbria. The television was born in 1979 with the aim of reporting the daily news of its region.
For a long time it gravitated in the orbit of the PCI, being part of the Nuova Emittenza Televisiva network. In the early 2000s Umbria TV became part of the Colaiacovo Group. For some years it also broadcast via satellite under the name of Umbria Channel, but transmissions ceased in September 2010 due to excessively high management costs and the impossibility of broadcasting the same terrestrial schedule. The channel rebroadcasts some content from the national thematic networks SuperTennis, Play.me and Nuvolari.
