Journal of Gerontological Nursing
The Journal of Gerontological Nursing is a monthly, peer-reviewed journal publishing interdisciplinary and clinically relevant research and review articles on gerontological and age-friendly care. The journal is affiliated with the American Geriatrics Society. The journal publishes sections dedicated to geropharmacology, person-centered care, public policy, and technology innovations.
The Journal of Gerontological Nursing is a subscription-based publication, supported primarily by both institutional and individual subscriptions. The journal offers a hybrid open access option, whereby articles are made freely available online immediately upon publication in exchange for payment of an article processing charge.
