Research in Gerontological Nursing
Research in Gerontological Nursing, the official journal of the National Hartford Center of Gerontological Nursing Excellence, is a bimonthly, peer-reviewed journal publishing cutting-edge, interdisciplinary gerontological nursing research for educators, academicians, clinicians, and policymakers involved with older adults in all health care settings.
The journal publishes quantitative, qualitative, methodological, and theoretical research articles; featured intervention studies; and an annual State of the Science Review, authored by national gerontological leaders.
Research in Gerontological Nursing is a subscription-based publication, supported primarily by both institutional and individual subscriptions. The journal offers a hybrid open access option, whereby articles are made freely available online immediately upon publication in exchange for payment of an article processing charge.
