Thomasville

Our story began in 1904 in the small but lovely town of Thomasville, North Carolina. At the time, we offered a single product: a chair we called, the “Thomasville Chair." This chair was so marvelously crafted that people responded by asking us to create other pieces as well.

Now more than 100 years later, the Thomasville story is still being written. Part of that story is helping you tell yours – with home furnishings, accessories and cabinetry that allow you to express yourself and your style throughout your home.

Today, Thomasville furniture is sold through independently owned Thomasville Home Furnishings Stores, as well as leading independent retail stores. We’ve even designed two of the most successful licensed furniture collections in the industry: Ernest Hemingway®, The Collection of a Lifetime; and Humphrey Bogart™.

We’ve also expanded our product line to include Thomasville Cabinetry® for the kitchen and bath, Thomasville Lighting and Thomasville Flooring.
