Times Herald Washington
The Washington Times Herald has strong community roots dating back to 1867 when the Washington Democrat was founded.
In 1997, a young sports writer wrote the HTML code for the newspaper’s first website, which has been hosted at www.washtimesherald.com ever since. This site has continued to evolve over the years into the award-winning site that it is today.
CNHI,LLC purchased the Times Herald in September 1998, and since that time, the staff here has been dedicated to making the Times Herald a community-oriented newspaper to lead Washington and the surrounding community into the future.
The print product is published Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday and delivered via U.S. Mail with paid subscriptions. Electronic subscriptions are also available. Desktop and mobile platforms have local news available 24/7.
