Welcome to The Press Tribune! My name is Carol E. Schumacher, and I was born and raised in Columbia City, IN. I work as an editor and I absolutely love working with words. To me, words have a life of their own. They can be mysterious, passionate, gentle, romantic, angry, shocking, or even panic-inducing, just like the multitude of emotions we experience as human beings. In fact, I see myself reflected in these words, and I want to capture the experiences that trigger these emotions.
