Erik has lived at the edge of Rocky Mountain National Park for 20 years, exploring every corner of the national park day and night at all seasons of the year. He is known for his extensive collection of photos of the park which can be seen at ImagesofRMNP.com or at his gallery in downtown Estes Park. He has also written numerous award-winning books on Rocky Mountain National Park as well as books on other topics. You can find all of them at RockyTrailPress.com, at your local bookstore, or at online bookstores. Erik also runs a YouTube channel which is the video version of this website. Lastly, Erik is one of the founders of Nature First, a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to encouraging photographers to take a greater role in the preservation of wild lands across the globe.
