The magazine Ir and the portal ir.lv are independent media that combine journalism and community communication. The owner of Ir.lv and the weekly magazine Ir is AS «Cits medijs». The company was founded in early 2010 with the aim of creating a new and high-quality media offer for Latvia and the wider public.
Currently, AS «Cits medijs» also publishes the magazines Ir Nauda , Domuzīme and a reading magazine for young readers – Lasis , as well as the weekly broadcasts Šķiltava and Ārskats , the current news newsletter Ir Svalarīgākais and offers growth workshops, educational children's camps and cultural trips.
Since its launch, Ir magazine has earned a great response from readers, reaching a total audience of more than 450,000 over its fourteen years of operation. The innovative solutions that Ir uses in building its brand have also gained excellent recognition at the international level.
