CT Real Estate Investment Trust (CT REIT) is an unincorporated, closed end real estate investment trust formed to own income producing commercial properties primarily located in Canada. Its portfolio is comprised of over 370 properties totaling approximately 30 million square feet of GLA, consisting primarily of net lease retail properties located across Canada.

CT REIT is Canada’s Premier Net Lease REIT and creates long-term value for Unitholders by growing its portfolio of income producing properties and development projects, benefiting from its relationship with Canadian Tire Corporation, its most significant tenant and controlling Unitholder.
