It is promoted by the National Council of Industrial Experts and Graduate Industrial Experts and by EPPI. The magazine addresses issues of politics, economics, welfare, territory, culture and security for 45,000 freelancers working in sectors such as construction, electronics, chemistry, and thermotechnics.
