Carrosserie Suisse

Carrosserie Suisse is the employers' and industry association for Swiss body shops and commercial vehicle manufacturers. Organized into 12 sections, it is the central point of contact for all industry concerns. Since its inception, the association has been committed to industry-friendly framework conditions and high-quality vocational training – since 2019 under the name Carrosserie Suisse.

Carrosserie Suisse represents the industry's interests to policymakers, businesses, social partners, and society at large. The association develops industry solutions – for example, regarding occupational safety and health – supports its members with high-quality services, and thus contributes to the economic success of the entire sector.

The association comprises around 700 member companies, employing approximately 6,400 professionals. These companies train over 1,900 apprentices in five professions: car body repair technician (EFZ), car body painter (EFZ), vehicle mechanic (EFZ), car body repairer (EFZ), and paint assistant (EBA).
