WXVT-LD TV Cleveland MS

WXVT-LD (channel 17) is a low-power television station licensed to Cleveland, Mississippi, United States, serving as the CBS affiliate for the Delta area. It is owned by Imagicomm Communications alongside Greenwood-licensed dual ABC/Fox affiliate WABG-TV (channel 6) and Grenada-licensed low-powered NBC affiliate WNBD-LD (channel 33). The three stations share studios on Washington Avenue in Greenville; WXVT-LD's transmitter is located near O'Reilly, Mississippi.

David Cerullo is the President/CEO for Imagicomm, based in Indianland, South Carolina. Imagicomm’s parent company is INSP, who also owns the INSP TV Network. INSP airs and produces timeless and original Western TV shows.

The Delta News stations operate at 837 Washington Avenue in downtown Greenville, with studios and production facilities in an adjacent building at 849 Washington Avenue.

WABG, WABG-DT2 and WNBD are broadcast from a transmitter located in Inverness, Mississippi. After sharing that tower for a short time, the WXVT signal was returned to a transmitter and tower in O’Reilly, Mississippi. As a result of technological improvements to the stations, WXVT and WNBD joined WABG and WABG-DT2 as fully HD stations.
