Throughout my professional career I have held numerous roles. I have been an elementary level teacher, the founder and CEO of an online publishing company, and (as you can see from the photo) the Executive Director of a non-profit that focuses on thoroughbred aftercare, among other jobs. However, throughout all of those roles, and even prior to it, food has been central to my life. Of course, I always needed to eat, but for me food is more than sustenance.
Food is something that I love to think about, hence “Think Tasty”. From my first introduction to cooking as a little girl with my mom to making dishes for my own children, I have loved thinking about food. I can spend long stretches of time thinking about anything ingredient or recipe-focused. In 2007 I channeled this love of all things food into this blog. Since that time I have been busy creating new recipes for appetizers, desserts, and so much more.
At Think Tasty, my goal is to make life a little tastier through homemade food. Try one of my recipes, and let me know what you think.
