The New York State Association of Fire Chiefs is a not-for-profit, service-oriented organization founded in 1904. Today, it is one of the largest fire chiefs' associations in the world, and its focus encompasses the needs and concerns of everyone in the emergency services field. From more than 30 states and 2 countries, NYSAFC members are the leaders and future leaders of their departments. They are the decision-makers with purchasing authority.
