The Franklin County Citizen Leader was recognized for its photography Thursday when the winners of the Georgia Press Association’s 2024 Better Newspaper Contest were announced at the Jekyll Island Club during the group’s 137th annual convention. The Citizen Leader won four photography awards for work done in 2023.
