Ward Creek
Ward Creek is a new residential community in Panama City Beach, Florida planned for approximately 1600 homesites. The first neighborhood, Bayside at Ward Creek is planned to include 355 homes in a mix of townhomes and single family detached homes from D.R. Horton with amenities such as community swimming pools, green space, and trails that connect to the area's existing trail network, Gayle's Trails. The second neighborhood, Breakwater at Ward Creek, is planned to include 348 homes from Toll Brothers.
Toll Brothers is the nation's leading builder of luxury homes and plans to begin new homes sales later in 2024. The third neighborhood, Salt Grass at Ward Creek is planned to include homes from Fischer Homes and Kolter Homes. Residents of Ward Creek will be in close proximity to the Gulf of Mexico, Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport, the shopping and entertainment of the Pier Park area, and the planned marina on the Intracoastal Waterway.
