Atlanta Apartment Association

We are the multifamily housing trade association for the Atlanta Metro area. Founded in 1975, we are one of the largest local apartment associations in the country. We are also an affiliate of the Georgia Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association. Including your message in our communications is the easiest way to ensure you’re reaching the right people. We represent nearly 100% of the managing apartment companies in the Atlanta area. Our membership consists of over 350 management companies responsible for managing 500,000+ apartment units in the Atlanta area, and over 800 businesses that provide products and services to the industry. We are the third largest local apartment association in the U.S., representing 1,800+ apartment communities in the Atlanta area. Only AAA members are permitted to participate in our communications program, ensuring that every business you see has a vested interest in our industry and our association.
